Ruby was bred in 2012 to a wonderful brown wavy boy, UKC Ch Hunter’s Kwik Frozen Tombuoy, and in 2013 she was bred to our Schooner, BVISS BVIS Can/Am Ch Ondulado’s Schooner D’Sonoqua, AgN AgNJ. Her pups are Best in Show, Best in Specialty show winners, Select placements at Westminster, Select and AOM at the American National Specialty.

Ruby earned an Award of Merit at the PWDCGC Regional Specialty February 25th under Judge Edd Bivin. She was BOS the day before at the Blackhawk show. As of January 15, 2012 Ruby is now an American Kennel Club Champion. And Ruby, the naughty sausage, is also a CKC Canine Good Neighbour, a CGN, a testament to her good manners! And as of 2014 Ruby now has an AWD, Apprentice Water Dog title.

Ruby is a Tikka/Harley puppy, a black wavy with a hint of white. Ruby is the third Canadian Champion from the 2008 Tikka/Harley litter, she follows Avelan and Kobe. Ruby finished in style, going Winners Bitch at the 2009 PWDCC Regional Specialty Booster in a field of 12 girls. Later that year she placed at the Nutmeg Specialty in Connecticut and in the PWDCA Specialty in both Sweeps and the 12-18 class. At the 2010 PWDCA National Specialty, Ruby placed 2nd in a very competitive class of 16 Open Bitches.

Ruby went Best of Breed, Group 3 at Ontario Breeders Show in Markham, her first foray in Ontario shows this year and went Best of Opposite Sex at the Purina Nationals. She is now a mult-group placer and ranked no. 5 PWD in Canada for 2011 (www.canuckdogs.com). Good girl Ruby!

Ruby went to the World Dog show in Paris in 2011, she was the reserve French National Winner, R-CAC.

Back from the 2011 PWDCA National Specialty in Georgia and Ruby was 3rd, in Open Bitch Class. This girl is consistent. At the 2013 PWDCA National Ruby won Brood Bitch showing off her ‘get’ Franklin and Sophie.
